Help to Buy Equity Loan Administrator

Who is the Help to Buy equity loan administrator?

This started of with Metropolitan housing in the first instance and then became Target.

Since the 16th July 2023, the new administrators are Lenvi – formerly Equiniti Gateway Services. These have been appointed by Homes and Communities Agency to administer the Help to Buy Equity Loan Scheme. They are branded as Homes England.

You will interact with Lenvi when you complete the purchase of a home using an equity loan and need to:

  • make payments
  • make changes to the agreement
  • ask questions about the scheme

Lenvi provides an administration service for these housing schemes:
