From the 16th June 2023, Homes England have appointed Lenvi as the new administrators for your Help to Buy Equity Loan.

This is still your Help to Buy Loan but referred to more now as an Equity loan. For this you will still require a Help to Buy valuation or maybe now referred to as a Help to buy Equity valuation or indeed maybe just an Equity valuation for Help to Buy.

The valuations for any Help to Buy Equity loan will still need to be carried out by a Registered RICS surveyor.
