London Wide Initiative (LWI)

This London Wide Initiative scheme has been removed and was a scheme that was established to make homes in Greater London more affordable.  It was in effect replaced by the First Time Buyers Initiative.

The scheme itself follows the same principals as the redemption process for the other schemes whereby an RICS registered valuer is required to provide a market value so that the redemption can be calculated.  The scheme primarily related to Greater London and was not used beyond the Greater London area.
