There is certain criteria that has to be provided to Homes England for your RICS Help to Buy valuation. This criteria is quite specific and if not complied with it will lead to a rejection of the valuation report. The criteria for the RICS surveyor who carries out the report is also quite specific and this information should be provided to the surveyor prior to the instruction being confirmed. We have been carrying out these Help to Buy valuations since the original administrators were appointed over 9 years ago. We were one of only two recommended surveying firms to carry out the Help to Buy valuation in the early stages of the scheme.
