Just wanted to drop you a quick email to thank both yourself and Richard, for your help with the Help to Buy valuation! I rang up Target are nolonger the Administrators for Help to Buy, click to read more’> Target to make the admin fee payment this morning at 10.19am and the authority was sent to the solicitor at 10.23am! Wasn’t expecting it to be that quick at all!
