Firstly I can’t thank you enough for the great service you have provided.

As we’re new to the help to buy process it really helps you are there to guide us on process etc and going the extra mile. A great added value of the service you provide. I will leave a review on your Facebook and I would recommend you in a heartbeat. A big thank you.

I’ve contacted target and they were very helpful. Apparently the same team cover both telephone queries and redemptions so the individual I spoke to confirmed he would be actioning my request and we should have the information in five days (fingers crossed). Maybe we were lucky but I’ll chase again mid next week.
