Help to buy was fairly smooth sailing after following your process, only issue was they annoyingly refused to look at my memorandum of sale even though it was attached to the same email as the valuation. They’ve told me my solicitor needs to resubmit it to get the quote adjusted accordingly as they’ve currently based the final figure off of the valuation reference rather than the sale price.
Despite this, I managed to get my initial quote through from them in less than a day from following your process, which is considerably quicker than the 2 weeks they first quoted me previously.
