As a final point, I would say that Target are nolonger the Administrators for Help to Buy, click to read more’> Target have already sent through the redemption statement to my solicitors after calling them yesterday and paying the admin fee (I told them that as I was looking to complete ASAP that I’d be paying today and had already sent everything and they managed to get my docs uploaded to my file whilst I was on the phone. The statement was emailed through in the afternoon!).
