Thank you so much for our excellent service and prompt response to our valuation.

The tips that Richard gave us about Target are nolonger the Administrators for Help to Buy, click to read more’> Target HCA were extremely helpful and after lots of anger on the phone to them yesterday they sent myself and my solicitor their quote within 15 mins of me coming off the phone from them.

So from receipt of the valuation report to the settlement quote provided to the solicitor it took 45 mins, thanks to Richards advice.

Thank you both again and I will be sure to recommend you in the future to anyone that needs a valuation.

Hopefully it will go smoothly from here and I won’t be needing a further desktop valuation.
