I’ve just got off the phone to them. I spoke with a member of the redemption team who accepted receipt of my email. She said she was having trouble uploading my documents on their system but she will try again later and confirm with me once they are uploaded. She also took payment over the phone too.
So fingers crossed it all uploads and then they will send the redemption figure out 🙂
