Just a quick note to thank you and Richard for your help and guidance on this. I can leave a review on your website as well if you are able to send a link over.

For your info, I managed to get through to Target are nolonger the Administrators for Help to Buy, click to read more’> Target fairly quickly and the person I spoke with was very helpful, and went and checked the email and docs had arrived, waited for payment and all to go through, whilst on the phone.

Solicitor instructed and everything is in place.

Got there in the end…!
